VILLA BLANCHE
Villa Blanche combines the characteristic features of our other projects: the size of Villa Petite Maison, a garage within the building’s structure from Villa d’Azur, and the modern look of Villa Chic. These components have come together to create a design that is almost perfect!
Lightness and modernity in a classical setting – this is perhaps a perfect summary of this project. In addition, there is an undisrupted symmetry and a strong emphasis on functionality inside. A building that will impress for years to come.
On the ground floor, there is a very comfortable and functional kitchen with an island. Its high installation will easily serve as a pantry and allow for storing supplies. The kitchen can be either open or separated from the dining area, whose windows open directly to the external terrace. The living room and dining area are connected and together create a space of nearly 50 m². Thanks to the 265 cm high windows, the entire ground floor gains spaciousness, providing a sense of proximity to the surroundings and easy communication with the terrace. Depending on the needs, there is a possibility to allocate a study or library on the ground floor.
The ground floor also features a spacious utility room with a laundry, an additional utility room, and a wardrobe for outerwear, which serves as a transition between the living area and the garage. The two-car garage with internal dimensions of 7.7 × 6.3 m allows not only for convenient parking but also for storing sports equipment or tools.
The first floor offers 110 m² of space, where we designed two children’s bedrooms with their own walk-in closets, an additional guest room with a front balcony, and a bathroom with a tub, shower, double sinks, and a toilet. Additionally, there is the Master Bedroom with an area of 17.5 m², featuring a walk-in closet and its own fully equipped bathroom. The main bedroom overlooks the garden and has access to the balcony, as well as the terrace above the garage, where we’ve included a spa tub.
Furthermore, the terrace above the garage has independent exterior stairs, allowing for communication from ground level. This is a perfect option for those who love spending time outdoors and want a relaxation area that offers privacy while being in perfect communication with the entire building.



FINISHING MATERIALS
Willa Blanche has been designed using traditional masonry technology. The double-layered wall consists of 25 cm ceramic block (Porotherm) and 20 cm thick high-quality styrofoam insulation.
In this project, we have proposed minimalist windows without any divisions. Except for one side, all windows in this project have a 0 cm windowsill – meaning very tall windows. To maintain the modern style of the building, we opted for integrated glass balustrades with aluminum profiles, which are practically inconspicuous. To create a striking contrast, we chose a bold black color, which you can find on the window frames, main doors, and the garage door.
When designing the immediate surroundings, we decided to go for the currently trendy paving stones interspersed with grass. For pragmatists, we have reassuring news – the effect of perfectly trimmed grass can be achieved using its artificial version! We also prioritize low-maintenance shrubs and pampas grass, which thrive in all conditions. To add a classic touch to the building, we suggest a geometric arrangement of hedge balls (yew or boxwood), which, as evergreen plants, will look great even in winter.
