VILLA CONTRASTÉE
Villa Contrastée is a custom-designed project tailored to the expectations of our clients and the beautiful, forested plot. Its timeless form, classic decorations, and contrasting combination of black and white are elements that make the house exceptional and truly captivating.
The perfect adaptation to the plot, its orientation, and the very stringent zoning regulations led us to once again break out of conventional patterns, creating a refined structure complemented by a composition of high-quality finishing materials and distinctive features such as metalwork and elegant stucco elements.
The building is accessed through beautiful double doors adorned with a circular motif. The first room is a separate vestibule with built-in wardrobes and a separate coat closet. The spacious living area, with a view of the garden and direct access to the terrace, is located in the central part of the building. The outstanding 30m² kitchen is designed as a winter garden, incorporating an additional skylight to maximize the amount of natural light inside. It features a large island, cabinetry with a worktop, and tall cabinets with a refrigerator. Additionally, adjacent to the kitchen is a generously sized pantry located directly by the staircase leading to the basement.
The upper floor is laid out over nearly 100m², addressing all of our clients’ expectations. It includes two comfortable children’s bedrooms, one guest room, and a Master Bedroom area. The main bedroom, with double windows, has access to a walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a shower. The children’s rooms and the guest room have access to a fully equipped bathroom (with a bathtub, shower, WC, and sink).
The staircase in this project is located at the back of the building, where there is a northern exposure. We opted for comfortable stairs with a landing and natural daylight. The stairs leading to the basement feature a subtle design element. On the -1 level, we find a convenient garage for two cars, a technical room, and a boiler room. Additionally, this level includes a laundry room with a chute from the upper floor, a home SPA with a sauna and a bathroom with a shower, and a recreational room with a mini bar.

FINISHING MATERIALS
Villa Contrastée was designed using traditional masonry technology, with the basement featuring reinforced concrete walls and a foundation slab constructed with white bathtub technology.
Due to the flat roof, the building has a subtly elevated parapet with minimalist stucco detailing. A distinctive feature is the combination of mineral plaster in a shade of off-white with hand-formed clinker tiles that appear on the facade. The contrasting black elements, such as the kitchen bay window, the entrance portal, and the metalwork, break up the immaculate white. We also opted for dark window joinery, which features two types of muntins—classic muntins with small panes and upper lights in the kitchen space—that beautifully highlight the bay window.
In designing the surrounding area, we chose elegance provided by beautiful bouquet hydrangeas. Additionally, due to the forested character of the plot, we made efforts to preserve as many existing trees as possible. The pathway and driveway to the building are made of timeless granite paving.
