VILLA INTÉGRÉE
Villa Intégrée is one of our most compact projects, with a total area of 183 m². Besides its functionality and suitability for a family of 2+2 or 2+3, it is also an excellent solution for narrow plots and height restrictions, with a ridge height of 9 meters and a roof pitch of 42 degrees.
This stunning building was designed for individual clients, perfectly tailored to their needs, the plot, and the zoning regulations. The greatest challenge was the geometry of the building on the plot, and we can confidently say that the building is seamlessly integrated with it, utilizing every square centimeter available. Such projects are always the most intriguing because, let’s face it—it’s from constraints that we create the most unconventional and surprising solutions.
Despite the modest size, we managed to fit the entire program that the investors desired into the structure. The enclosed vestibule features a coat closet and seating with French doors that are hidden in a recess. Symmetrically, on both the right and left sides, there are doors leading to the study and a closet connected to the laundry and space for a condensing boiler. The living area, close to 50 m², includes a lounge with fantastic corner glazing and a comfortable dining area for 6 people, with the possibility of extending it to accommodate 10 seats. The kitchen, enclosed by subtle glazing and measuring 18 m², is well thought out and includes a handy pantry. Additionally, the ground floor features a bathroom with a shower.
The upper floor consists of 80 m² of usable space (97 m² including floor area) and is designed to include 3 children’s bedrooms. Two of them have designated closet spaces, while the third has room for a large built-in wardrobe, similar to the master bedroom. The Master Bedroom, overlooking the garden, is designed with a bay window, allowing us to completely eliminate sloped ceilings in this area. The upper floor also includes a shared bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, a walk-in shower, double sinks, and a toilet. Moreover, there is additional space for a separate WC accessible from the hallway.

FINISHING MATERIALS
The Intégrée villa was designed using traditional masonry technology. The double-layered wall consists of 25 cm of ceramic block (Porotherm) and high-quality 20 cm thick polystyrene insulation.
A dominant feature of this project is the large corner glazing in the living room. We opted for a minimalist, all-glass corner, allowing the living room and the living area to seamlessly merge with the surrounding landscape. The windows, in contrasting black, were designed without any divisions, breaking up the classic architecture. Both the front balcony and the French balconies with window sills were planned to be made of glass. A unique feature is the use of knee windows for the roof, which illuminate the attic space, provide protection against falling (eliminating the need for additional railings), and serve as an elegant yet modern complement to the structure.
In designing the surrounding area, we chose total minimalism and aimed to preserve the forest-like ambiance of the plot as much as possible. The pathway to the building features slate tiles integrated into the green terrain. This solution creates a very naturalistic impression, and the “joints” filled with moss beautifully integrate this part of the property. Additionally, there are ferns and several white hydrangea bushes that add a touch of class and elegance to the overall design.
