VILLA TURQUOISE

Villa Turquoise was created based on the Saphir design, which was expanded to 16 meters, and we gave it a slightly refreshed style. Its excellent complement is an elegant fence, which we designed in collaboration with XCEL, a leading manufacturer of modern fences. The ELEGANT fence is one of two proposals that emerged as part of the UNIQUE FENCE collection.

For a long time, we were searching for an idea for an extraordinary fence that, in addition to excellent quality, would complement the classical architecture characteristic of our portfolio. This is how the idea for collaboration with the experienced fence manufacturer XCEL emerged. We enriched their offer of minimalist gates, gates, and panels with a few details, slightly changed the proportions, and immediately knew we had it! In the design of Villa Turquoise, you will find a very well-planned space, complemented by an unusual elevation. On 320m², we designed an extremely comfortable living area, consisting of a living room with corner glazing, a dining room for 8-10 people, and a kitchen with an island and an adjoining walk-in pantry. On the ground floor, there is also an office located right at the entrance area, a wardrobe that also serves as a connection to the garage, and a bathroom with a shower. The building includes a very spacious garage for 2 cars, with an additional storage room and a boiler room at the back of the garage.

You will reach the second floor by a comfortable staircase with a landing. The floor plan is ideal for a family of 2+2 or 2+3. We designed 2 children’s bedrooms with walk-in closets, an additional guest bedroom or a child’s room, which lacks a wardrobe compensated by a beautiful large window and a front balcony. These bedrooms have a fully equipped bathroom. The Master Bedroom area has its own wardrobe and a bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, shower, double sinks, a toilet, and space for an additional pouf or dressing table. We also allocated space for a compact laundry room.

FINISHING MATERIALS

Villa Turquoise is designed using traditional masonry technology, with a double-layered wall consisting of ceramic bricks with a thickness of 25 cm and Styrofoam insulation with a thickness of 20 cm. In this project, we opted for a foundation plate. The classical villa features very elegant and timeless elevations enriched with natural stone on the front risalit. The color scheme is maintained in a refined, light beige, temperature-matched to the limestone. The overall design is complemented by understated stucco elements made using lightweight technology.

The beautiful color of the windows and doors perfectly harmonizes with the entire facade. In the windows, we separated the upper glazing, which is further emphasized by a subtle division with muntins. The two-leaf main doors feature exclusive panels with a circular geometry. Delicate wrought iron railings used on balconies and on the terrace above the garage wonderfully complement the elegant appearance of the building. In the tall windows on the upper floor, minimalist glass railings appear, which do not overwhelm but merely serve as a background for the other decorative elements.

The entire driveway is made of troweled concrete, and the greenery around consists of geometrically shaped shrubs, delicate ornamental grasses, and a few flowering plants in the garden. This simplified form allows for minimal maintenance effort and the enjoyment of an elegant garden throughout the year. Additionally, at the entrance and on the terrace facing the garden, there are additional planters with plantings.
