BRICK HOUSE

Investors, when approaching us, had already undergone initial significant changes related to interior remodeling and were seeking a final idea for the facade. The inspirations gathered before the start of the project were categorized into two folders – elegant classic in black and white tones and a slightly industrial atmosphere based on red brick, light plaster, and black aggregate. After visualizations, you can see which variant won this clash!

The facade project we were responsible for involved selecting finishing materials, color schemes, and facade details. We delicately refined the sizes of the window openings and the entrance area, emphasizing it with contrasting French double doors and quartz aggregate. The terrace in the living area and the columns were also planned in dark aggregate to achieve a contrasting effect with the light facade.

The main inspiration for this building was the Enigme residence, so we knew that color-wise, we based it on black, white, and red. Both bay windows were designed with finishes of hand-formed brick with a light joint. The anthracite roof was made of simple roof tiles. Slightly emphasized pilasters and a crown molding appeared on the facades. We also tested the option with window bands, but ultimately it was not chosen by the investors.

The slightly industrial look of the investment is complemented by simple balustrades and wall sconces that beautifully illuminate the facade. We tested numerous window divisions with muntin’s: classic, fine division, transom, large pane. Such elements always add a more classic and elegant appearance to the structure.
