SIMPLE HOUSE

We were responsible for designing the facade of a building that was developed for a construction permit by another firm. The investors wanted a classic appearance for the structure, so we opted for subtle stucco work and details.

Even before the construction work began, the investors approached us with a desire to create a building with more classical features. During their collaboration with the local architect, they focused only on the interior function, leaving the resulting facade somewhat unfinished. After reviewing the documentation, we knew we had a good foundation for our work and that with minor changes, we could create a completely new look.

We selected appropriate stucco details, improved the proportions and divisions of the windows, chose a light and unobtrusive color scheme, and opted for high-quality ceramic roofing tiles.

A major challenge was the shorter side of the building. The clients wanted a comfortable elevated terrace and a canopy by the living room. They also wanted everything to be easily connected. To address this, we opted for self-supporting spiral stairs. All metalwork (both the stairs and the window railings) is based on the same design, which beautifully complements the overall look without overwhelming the structure.
