CLASSY HOUSE

We have prepared a design for the expansion and facade of the existing building for our clients, taking into account changes to improve functionality and provide additional space.

We were asked to design the facade along with an expansion that includes a more convenient garage and a winter garden with the functions of a dining area and a spa zone with a mini pool. The clients wanted to give the building an elegant and timeless appearance while preserving the existing windows and roof covering.

The most significant changes include widening and extending the garage section forward to accommodate a 5-meter-wide door, allowing two cars to park independently. The Local Spatial Development Plan allowed us to make this change and build the garages right up to the property boundary. The second part of the expansion is the winter garden, which has a dual function – dining area and spa. Both rooms are independent and separated from each other. We aimed to create a light and well-lit structure that complements the existing building.

The high-quality finishing materials we chose for this project include handmade brick tiles, stone, and light-colored mineral plaster. The section with the winter garden is contrasted by a dark anthracite finish. The aluminum glazing and plaster on the structure beautifully contrast with the light-colored main building.
