BRIGHT HOUSE

We designed a facade for a typical suburban house, giving it a completely new life with minimal changes to the structure.

Starting this collaboration, we immediately knew that we were not embarking on a revolution, and the amount of work would be limited to the “must-haves.” Since the windows needed to be replaced anyway, we refined their proportions in a few places and enlarged the window in the living room to maximize natural light and ensure comfortable access to the terrace. There are also subtle stucco decorations and high-quality finishing materials.

The roof, fence, and building entrance were in very good condition, so only a refresh will be carried out in these areas, which includes repainting the roof, replacing the tiles on the entrance steps and terrace, and repainting the brickwork on the fence. The existing base will be replaced with handmade tile cladding, and a beautiful natural stone portal will be added by the doors.

The gutters, downspouts, and soffits will also be replaced. The color scheme we chose is a blend of beige, white, and gray, which has dramatically transformed the overall appearance of the building. We are confident that after these changes are implemented, the house will look like it’s newly built, impressing with its elegance for many years to come.
