VILLA VOGUE
Villa Vogue is a custom project developed based on the Villa Arabesque. We made a number of changes, simplifying certain elements and expanding the living space to meet all of our clients’ expectations. A new feature is the inclusion of a full basement, which houses a relaxation area with a home theater, bar, and fitness room.
One of the key elements of this project is the grand staircase and a double-height living room with a stunning facade window. The axial placement of these areas allows for exceptional interior design, including the use of dramatic lighting.
The total ground floor area exceeds 400m², where we have managed to create a perfectly functional space. The entrance area is separated by a small vestibule with glass doors that slide into pockets. Right behind it is a two-story foyer with a classic staircase, mezzanine, and a view of the living room. The double-height living room is positioned at the center of the building to emphasize the perfect symmetry of the structure. The living area consists of a 45m² living room connected to a 40m² dining room, and a 45m² kitchen with sliding doors. We also planned a 7m² pantry adjacent to the kitchen, which can serve as an additional dirty kitchen if needed.
Additionally, on the ground floor, we designed a home office, a guest room with hotel-like standards and its own bathroom, and a WC. The SPA wing includes a Finnish sauna, jacuzzi, and an indoor swimming pool measuring 9x4m. We also planned a bathroom with a shower near the SPA area, which serves the residents using this part of the house. The building has an internal garage with two parking spaces and additional storage space.
The upper floor of Villa Vogue includes a very comfortable master bedroom with access to a balcony above the terrace by the kitchen. The master bedroom is accompanied by a luxurious bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, shower, double sinks, WC, and bidet, as well as a walk-in closet over 30m² in size with an island in the center. The upper floor also includes three children’s bedrooms, a convenient bathroom, and an additional WC accessible from the common area.
The basement level extends under the entire building and serves as a typical relaxation and leisure area. Here, you’ll find a spacious 45m² home theater, a bar area with a pool table, a kitchen island, and a wine display with a tasting area. Additionally, we included a compact 20m² fitness room and a separate bathroom with a shower for this level. Other rooms on this floor include a very convenient laundry room with ironing space and a chute planned from the upper floor. Ample storage spaces were also crucial for our clients, as the building, due to its flat roof, does not have an attic.



FINISHING MATERIALS
Villa Vogue was designed using traditional masonry technology, with a two-layer wall consisting of 25 cm thick ceramic blocks and 20 cm of polystyrene insulation. The entire basement was constructed with waterproof concrete technology. The facade will feature fine-grain mineral plaster and a decorative stone portal at the main entrance.
The contrasting color of the windows provides a counterpoint to the light facade and complements it perfectly. Additionally, we used an interesting structural muntin that enhances the classic form and the timeless stucco decorations. An ornamental highlight of this project is the elegant wrought-iron railing with a distinctive pattern, found on the balcony attached to the master bedroom and in the tall windows on the upper floor, serving as French balconies.
The entire ground-level terrace is finished with elegant porcelain tiles that beautifully mimic stone. In the pool area, we created a pleasant covered space under the arcades to shield from the sun and rain, while allowing plenty of light into the SPA area. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is an additional covered terrace with space for a bio fireplace and a projector screen. Excellent communication with the kitchen and dining area allows this part to function as an extension of the living spaces.
